Job Summary Job Title: LabWare LIMS Developer
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Experience: 4 6 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Roles & Responsibilities:
LIMS Configuration & Development
  • Customize and configure LabWare LIMS to suit laboratory workflows.
  • Develop and maintain LIMS workflows, templates, reports, and visual workflows.
  • Implement LIMS functionality using LIMS Basic, Lot Manager, Folder Manager, and Event Triggers.

System Integration
  • Integrate LIMS with lab instruments, enterprise systems, and databases.
  • Ensure seamless data interoperability and automated data acquisition.

User Support & Training
  • Provide technical support for LIMS users across departments.
  • Conduct training sessions, create SOPs, and maintain end-user documentation.

Project Management
  • Manage LIMS implementation, enhancement, and upgrade projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Quality Assurance
  • Create and execute test plans to verify LIMS functionality and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system bugs and performance issues promptly.

Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure LIMS is compliant with standards like 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, GMP, and GLP.
  • Maintain audit trails, user access controls, and electronic signature compliance.

Desired Skills:
Technical Expertise in:
  • LabWare LIMS scripting: LIMS Basic, automation scripts
  • Database systems: SQL, Oracle
  • Integration scripting: Unix shell scripting, Java
  • Reporting: Crystal Reports

Domain Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with lab workflows, data integrity, and regulated environments.

Communication & Analytical Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication.

Certifications:
Preferred:
  • LabWare LIMS Administration Certification
  • LabWare ELN Certification

Education:
  • Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of full-time formal education.

Qualification :
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience Required :
