Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Website Management
    • Oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company website.
    • Ensure website content is current, engaging, and accurately reflects company services and achievements.
    • Implement SEO strategies to boost website traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Social Media Branding
    • Develop and execute a robust social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
    • Create and curate engaging content that highlights company culture, work, and values.
    • Monitor social channels, respond to inquiries, and engage followers to build community.
  • Positioning and Brand Value Creation
    • Define and articulate brand positioning to differentiate the company in the market.
    • Develop marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and establish industry leadership.
    • Collaborate with teams to gather insights and craft compelling narratives around projects and successes.
  • Talent Attraction and Retention
    • Design marketing initiatives aimed at attracting top talent.
    • Showcase company culture, employee benefits, and growth opportunities through various channels.
    • Work with HR on campaigns to promote employee loyalty and retention.
    • Develop internal newsletters and communication materials to foster a cohesive culture.
  • Showcase Our Work
    • Create case studies, white papers, blogs, videos, and infographics that highlight company expertise.
    • Coordinate client testimonials and success stories to demonstrate company value.
  • Vendor Management
    • Identify and evaluate external vendors for creative and marketing services.
    • Manage vendor relationships, review proposals, negotiate contracts, and oversee quality execution.
  • Representation and Advocacy
    • Plan and execute non-digital marketing like print ads and event sponsorships.
    • Organize and participate in industry events to promote brand visibility.
    • Build relationships with academic, industry, and government stakeholders.
  • Industry Engagement and Trend Awareness
    • Stay updated on marketing trends and technologies.
    • Engage with industry experts to enhance marketing strategies.
    • Leverage the latest technologies to effectively showcase the brand.

  • Required Skills:
    • Creativity and Design: Strong creative sense to ensure high-quality marketing materials and vendor selection.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
    • 8+ years of marketing experience, with strong focus on digital marketing and brand management.
    • Experience in IT or software development industry preferred.
