Job Summary Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Remote with occasional travel)
Experience: 10+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans using MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent tools for complex enterprise software development and implementation.
  • Define and document project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility, involving relevant stakeholders throughout.
  • Prepare detailed resource plans, work breakdown structures, and identify critical paths with key dependencies and milestones.
  • Identify potential risks, create mitigation strategies, and proactively address project roadblocks.
  • Clearly define roles and responsibilities for all team members, including internal teams, client IT/business stakeholders, governance committees, and external vendors.
  • Lead and manage project meetings, provide timely updates, track action items, and escalate issues to ensure alignment with timelines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for project communications, including updates on milestones, changes, and critical project information.
  • Track and report on project performance metrics; conduct lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in an IT services organization with a minimum of 4 years in a dedicated project management role.
  • Proven onsite client experience (preferably Europe or US) in enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong technical acumen and familiarity with project estimation techniques.
  • Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and team collaboration capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational, decision-making, and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with experience in preparing project documentation, client updates, and internal reports.

Certifications:
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (mandatory or preferred depending on company policy).

Education:
  • Must have 15 years of full-time formal education (Bachelor s degree or equivalent required).

Work Location & Travel:
Remote work with mandatory travel to Raipur, Chhattisgarh:
  • First visit: up to 4 weeks
  • Subsequent visits: 2 weeks each (twice a year)
  • Must be open to short-duration client visits, up to 2 months as required.
