Job description

• Looking for SAP- HCM Consultant, responsible for PY, TM, and OMPA with at least two end to end implementation.
• He/ She should be responsible for implementing Indian Payroll.
• Responsible for post go live support
• Day to day issue handling, User training.

Required Candidate profile

• Should have good knowledge in SAP-HCM PY, TM and OMPA
• Must have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Hands on experience on PCRS and schema s.
• Good knowledge Indian payroll implementation.
• Qualification: MBA in HR, , MA in HR .
• Must have exposer on performance, travel, employer self-service implementation.
• Candidate should have at least 3 implementation and 2-3 support projects experience.
• Valid passport is a must
• He/she must be open for travelling (Domestic & overseas)
• Salary range is indicated below but will be commensurate with qualification and experience. Candidate must be in a position to join latest within 15- 20 days from offer.
