Job Summary Key Responsibilities
  • Drive technical training (class room and on the job) across functions as per the business
    requirement.
  • Roll out and drive training need analysis.
  • Develop and deliver various training modules.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training modules, workshops etc and recommend/implement
    improvements.
  • Drive service trainings with a focus of improving customer service scores.
  • Be able to manage multiple project roll outs.
  • Work with SPOCs in various business units to drive initiatives end-to-end and co-create programs / plan.
  • Travel to sites across the country for training purposes.
  • Identify and coordinate with Vendors for external training programs based on business requirements.
  • Plan and prepare training calendar and maintain reports.
Key Requisites

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Basic Instructional design skills
  • Excellent technical inclination on IT products
  • Skill to plan and deliver results in a highly demanding environment
  • Analytical ability to analyse the available data & provide informative MIS to business units
  • Ability to take ownership and multi task
  • Should be willing to travel across sites within Bangalore and outside
