Job Summary

Role in the organization:

  • The ideal candidate will be an expert at creating relationships with some of the most desired Indian as well as Global brands by
  • understanding the needs of these enterprises and bringing relevant solutions to drive their marketing agenda.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute aggressive sell-to and sell-through strategies
  • Mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow Our Company's key relationships
  • Understand customer's business to be able to explore solution opportunities
  • Responsible to make proposal and Contracts
  • Assist Sr Manager with key insights and technical information on the accounts
  • Understand business requirement and competitive landscape to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients
  • Understand the firms marketing technology offerings and map their benefits to client needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market
  • Orchestrate work with the Clients, Client Services, Product & Delivery teams to ensure high-quality services
  • Achieve quarterly quotas

Experience/Education Requirements :

  • At Least 2-4 year of sales/Account Management, solutioning, and consulting experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
  • MBA degree from a Tier 1/2 Business School Preferred
  • Willingness for travel
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team
  • Energetic and highly motivated
