Job Summary

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of working experience in the industry
  • Working experience on website, microsite, campaign landing page, etc.
  • Ability to decipher business requirements and the intent of that particular requirement
  • Should be able to work on a project from scratch to the final output on a UI level
  • Working knowledge of Mobile, Tablet, and Desktop design constraints, grids and patterns
  • Need to be updated with latest design trends (UI components, interactions, typography, use of colors)
  • Should have eye for details, pixel perfection is expected (We don t like rushing things for the sake of completion)
  • Should be able to adhere to timelines which are committed and be self-disciplined
  • Time management and prioritization of work is a must
  • Should be open to taking sessions on topics which are your forte and educate other designers
  • Should be able to communicate with developers and helping them with visual work handoff issues
  • Don t stop at identifying problems, suggest a way to solve them
  • Research about any topic is important, we appreciate the findings as it helps the entire team grow

Soft Skills:

  • Participate in design discussions and collaborative sessions with teams and stakeholders
  • Keen learner and open to new methods and techniques
  • Visual designs have a lot of perspectives - Patience is appreciated
  • Should have a designer mindset where getting attached to their work is not needed, be open to changes/constructive criticism
  • Should be able to express their thoughts/logic/story verbally or in written format when needed
  • Should be a team player
  • Knows how to take ownership of the work
  • Ask questions, its really appreciated
  • Self-driven and motivated

Software Skills:

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • InVision
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Zeplin (For developer handoff)
  • Basic Microsoft softwares for day to day operations
Experience Required :
