We enable our customers to interpret the world around us by intelligently bridging the physical and digital worlds with unmatched technologies that sense, measure and connect.Analog Devices India is looking for enthusiastic physical design lead for its High Speed Mixed Signal Product development team.The team is responsible for developing digital subsystem for nextgeneration Integrated High Speed Signal Chain Products such as wideband high speed converters containingintegrated RF Signal chain components. Digital subsystem includes digital signal processing data paths, high speed interfaces, embedded microprocessor systems.This is an excellent opportunity to employ state-of-the-art design physical design methodologies, get exposure to a wide range of technical disciplines and career growth. Selected candidate will join at Analog Devices at Bangalore office.
Requirements
- B.Tech/M.Tech. in EE/ECE with 7- 10 years of experience in digital implementation. Should be proficient in multiple areas of physical implementation such as floor planning, place and route, CTS, timing closure, signal integrity, ECO, Power analysis, Physical design verification
- Knowledge of the state of the art implementation tools. Cadence tool experience preferred.
- Experience with 16nm or lower digital implementation and physical validation essential.
- Prior experience of handling/managing the entire RTL-to-GDS2 flow of a digital subsystem is essential
- Knowledge of Cadence virtuoso methodology is an advantage
- Understanding of synthesis, STA and understanding of timing constraints is a plus
- Technical ownership and hands on expertise needed. Should be able to step in and take responsibility of implementation tasks when needed
- Strong inter-personal, teamwork and communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Planning and strategizing effective implementation methodology at a block and subsystem level
- Own and deliver digital subsystems of significant size/complexity
- Develop schedule, allocate responsibilities to and monitor progress of a small team
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the team members
- Work closely with other team including teams in other global sites
