Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with internal and external clients to understand new project briefs, RFPs / RFIs.
    • Requirements gathering and assessment for new projects working along with the analyst teams.
    • Creating analytical approach plans, solutioning and cost estimates for new projects.
    • Co-ordination with various internal and external stakeholders leading proposal development.
    • Playing a team management role.
  • Propose solutions in the areas of sales & category management, business planning, marketing ROI, consumer insights and other related initiatives.
  • Play a business development role and pitch to new clients as well as new ideas to existing clients.
  • Keep track of the sales pipelines and conversions.
  • Facilitate creation of collaterals and case studies.
  • Work directly with the Account Managers to manage projects.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALITIES

  • Excellent marketing domain knowledge understanding, particularly in the consumer goods domain.
  • Should be good at analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks.
  • Worked in business development and/or a pre-sales role.
  • Should be willing to continuously co-ordinate with onsite clients and teams in India.
  • Have a consulting orientation; gather different perspectives, examples and use them to enrich day-to-day work.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willing to travel onsite as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years from a top tier consulting/analytics solutioning firm.
  • MBA graduate from Tier 1 B-schools.

SALARY & OTHER DETAILS

  • Salary including benefits will be based on prior experience & qualifications and will match industry standards.
