Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination for a wide variety of tasks, as assigned by the Manager.
  • Assisting and supporting the Manager in their daily duties.
  • Work with the Manager to eliminate blockers.
  • Track, analyze and communicate project risks and opportunities with the Manager.
  • Arrange for meetings between team members and clients.
  • Drafts and assists in preparing project documentation (plans, reports), client deliverables and other materials, as necessary.
  • Developing training and briefing material for staff.
  • Prepare agendas for meetings, attends project meetings, documenting meeting minutes, key decisions, and any resultant action.
  • Track and manage incoming paperwork.
  • Prepare project documents, including procedures, proposals, progress reports and presentations.
  • Prepare, update, monitor and maintain project work schedules under the guidance of the Manager.
  • Maintain and monitor action items, risks and issues associated with the project.
  • Monitor project progress, budget, hours, etc.
  • Maintain Status reports of all the projects.
  • Keeping in close contact with key project members and decision makers.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Work with L & D head for trainings
  • Provide the schedules or availability of the employees for training
  • Suggesting training topics for internal teams in our department
  • Coordinate with HR for the below mentioned tasks
  • Onboarding of new employee
  • Conduct department induction with new employee
  • Work with HR operation team to complete the paperwork of new employees
  • Take Feedback from new Joiners periodically
  • Exit process of employee
  • Working with HR to complete the exit process by arranging one on one sessions with HR
  • Making sure the exit process is completed properly
  • Coordination for R&R Nominations.
