Job Summary
  • Relevant Experience of 4 to 6 years in selling accounting, payroll, and tax outsourcing in the US market to CPAs, CFOs, and small to mid-sized businesses in various industries.
  • Generate qualified leads from calling, emailing, social selling, events, networking and other channels.
  • Coordinate with Operations Team on day-to-day basis for project management.
  • Demonstrated skills in market research environment with an advanced knowledge of trending technologies and state of the accounting outsourcing market in the designated geography.
  • Ability to apply principles of logic and critical thinking to a wide range of complex business issues.
  • Responsible for goal achievement of appointment setting, lead generation and meeting conversion and revenue targets
  • Drive qualified sales meetings for the Sales teams resulting in top of funnel pipeline
  • Implements and maintains sales best practices
  • Develops, maintains, and reports on monthly and quarterly team forecasts
  • Suggests improvement to optimize lead qualification process
  • Report on team performance by identifying and implementing actions needed for achievement of goals
  • Create open- communication, driving a fun and successful sales team climate.
