Sales Track Record: Proven track record of successful sales, demonstrated by measurable results on a month-over-month (MoM) and year-over-year (YoY) basis.
Technical Proficiency: Technology-savvy and capable of quickly understanding the nuances of tech systems.
Client Understanding: Ability to understand client needs and propose feasible solutions.
Market Analysis: Capable of performing comparative market analysis.
Client Engagement: Skilled in meeting clients, managing the negotiation process, handling legal and related matters, and ensuring fair and honest dealings.
Networking: Ability to develop a network of internal and external referrals for business growth.
Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with developments in the real estate sector, particularly in proptech solutions or SaaS, and understand their impacts on both micro and macro levels within the sector.
