Skills Required:

• Client Communication & pre-sales activity.
• Responsible for local bidding as well as direct marketing.
• Engage the client and the account management team in regular discussion on our product offerings and understand their issues/concerns if any.
• Client interaction with skype calls/Chats, e-mail etc.
• Develop proposals and respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs), by researching and writing standard and customized proposals.
• Effective key account/portfolio management and client retention.
• Identifying target market and prospective clients
• Explore new business opportunities and interact with clients on daily basis and identify IT services (such as software, website, mobile apps, and software designing)
• Provide customers with quotations
• Maintaining relations with hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals
