What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in end to end recruitment cycles like Source, evaluate, qualify, submit and follow up to candidate deployment.
• Identify and submit qualified candidates based on the provided job description.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants from the delivery consultant.
• Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources
• Having used social media and recruiting tools to source technology resources.
• Technically screening profiles according to the job specifications, Interview Scheduling and follow - ups.
• Track record of success locating, identifying and closing top candidate talent
• Team building activities have to be carried on between individual or team members.
• Initiate the plans and programmes for employee motivation.

Skill Set:

• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Prior experience of working with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed etc. for talent hunting
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of various software technology stack, skills and profiles
• Fair understanding of Information Technology domain

Minimum Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in relevant
