Position description:

• DeviseB2C / B2B integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring andretaining customers
• Managethe implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns throughmarketing automation tools such as clevertap, Netcore, Adobe etc
• Briefand oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers,animators and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity
• Shouldbe familiarwith app analytics and app events. Ideate complex journey,triggers and inappnotifications basis customer behaviour
• Ensurethat the organisations brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and inall communication channels
• Deliverregular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation ofKPIs. Measure performance to optimize future campaigns.
• Maintainregular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
• Ensureaccuracy of provide formal sign off if necessary and manage a team
• Knowledgeof SQL and proficiency in excel will be a plus
  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage Campaigns for Onboarded customers, Manage a team for efficient campaign delivery and optimize it
