Position description:

  • Drive organic growth of angel brokings online platforms and develop strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities and
  • Increase the footprints in search and other non-paid online sources for the multiple platforms of Angel Broking.
  • Build programs to create and deploy search-focused content in a scalable way.
  • Identify target user queries based on research, relevance and opportunity sizing. Track and manage performance against growth targets for organic traffic and conversions.
  • Understand consumer pain points specific to your vertical and develop a user-first experience through skilled analysis to address consumer needs.
  • Leverage analytics tools to measure impact of content efforts and diagnose opportunities for optimization.
  • Partner across cross-functional teams to ensure execution aligns with strategy.
  • Observe the performance of executed work and provide a feedback mechanism that creates a culture of continual improvement.
  • Develop and come up with new ideas for new products to increase the organic growth of the company.

Required Skills:

  • 3 - 5 years of work experience in growth marketing or product marketing at a high growth company (preferably with a B2C focus)
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering business outcomes and/or products that move the needle on company metrics
  • Experience in working with Editorial Content teams a plus
  • Proficient in using analytics tools to drive business insights, ideally Excel / Google Sheets, experience in Tableau, SEO tools or A/B testing tools a plus
  • Strong experience with SEO, performance marketing, and web user experience (UX) a plus
  • Biased to action: able to quickly make decisions to drive execution, with little oversight; you take responsibility and initiative for shaping strategy and execution.
  • Data-driven and analytical: skilled at turning data points into actionable insights; prioritizing speed over perfection; you identify biased/incorrect data and address it appropriately
