Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Technical Delivery Management and CSAT
    • Be sharp, proactive, a good communicator, and able to manage client expectations (Both Enabled Analytics Internal and external Clients)
    • Responsible for customer satisfaction, identifying further customer needs and growth
    • Responsible to assure that we have the right project lead and approach for each project
    • Ensure Project Lead uses the Project management tool for leading the project
      • Lead the daily scrum meetings, sets priorities for the team members, monitors and manages risks and issues in additional planned activities
      • Manage Resources and Allocations
      • Manage Milestones and Tasks
      • Approve Timesheet and generate Invoices
      • Generate and fine tune status reports
      • Adheres to Customer Communication management Guidelines
    • Responsible to mentor team members and ensure the work gets done with high level of quality and adherence to best practices
  • Salesforce Core
    • Manages team to build Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Communities, Force.com, Einstein and Tableau
    • Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules and email Alerts
    • Understands the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions and can clearly articulate what needs to be done to build the solution. (being hands on is nice to have, not must have)

  • Operation Activities
    • Manages All Fusion Consulting and Enabled Analytics team member project allocations
    • Monitors that every resource has clarity on what they need to do for upcoming week and follows up with project leads and other leads to ensure every team member has the needed to succeed on a weekly basis
    • Audits and ensures all MSA/NDA are linked to accounts in Salesforce and in SharePoint
    • Audits and ensures all SOW are linked to opportunities
    • Publishes forecasted cash flow and revenue projections for current and next quarter on a weekly basis
    • Monitors and Manages the process for weekly timecard submission for all team members and escalates as needed to respective managers and executives
    • Owns the Fusion Consulting project management tool and PM processes and works with internal developers to improve it with time
    • Review all delivery projects for PMO compliance
    • Support pre-sales for Enabled Analytics and Fusion Consulting
  • Build Core Competence
    • Define training for building core Project Management competence at Enabled Analytics
    • Stitch together training curriculum that will help team members learn this pillars core competence
      • UDEMY or trailhead to help learn the core concepts
      • Process training for how we do it at Enabled Analytics
      • Tools trainings to help us do our work with high consistency and effectiveness

Required Skills

  • Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience in 1 or more of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud
  • Good understanding in developing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes etc
  • Strong understanding of Project management and Operations Management both in Agile and Waterfall model
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication: Can converse effectively with western clients and articulate questions and thoughts effectively. Is a good listener who listens to understand first and then responds, does not listen to buy time to formulate the response without fully understanding the point the other person is making
  • Deep understanding on the role of Business Analyst, and Project lead
  • Ability to hire competent folks and train them to set them up for success
  • Has delivered at least 10 full projects for different customers with minimum of 4 Salesforce projects

Experience, Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, related IT discipline; or equivalent
  • 10-12 years between the following
  • 10+ years IT and 5+ years Salesforce project development experience
  • 5 Plus years of experience managing projects in a Project Manager capacity
  • 2 Plus years of experience managing key operational processes
  • Has 4 plus salesforce certifications
  • Has experience managing projects with team size of 10-15 folks for at least 5 plus years
