Job Summary Job description We are seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Handling end to end recruitment. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization. To source profiles based on the job description from various sourcing portals. Screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. Networking with various institutes, colleges and hiring partners for campus placements. Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters. Responsible for Employee Engagement and Employee Relation. Coordinate the on-boarding process to ensure a warm welcome for new employees. Schedule orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company culture, values, policies, and procedures. Provide an overview of the organization's history, mission, vision, and goals.
