The candidate should work in accordance with Lisbon, Portugal timing.

- Should have 8 -12 years of experience in full-time testing role and at least 2 years in hands-on automation role as lead/manager handling banking project is must.- Having experience in handling banking projects - Cards and Payments is must- Must have prior experience of managing a dedicated team of test automation/functional engineers/leads- Should be familiar with different SDLC models and supporting testing projects- Should be familiar with multiple test management, project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Test Rail, etc- Should have involved in managing and delivery of functional and test automation projects from the scratch- Should be familiar with end-end phases of functional testing and test automation phases- Should have excellent communication skills- Should be good with test planning and effort estimation- Should be good with client management, project management, and team managementRoles Responsibilities :- Manage the delivery and clients for multiple test automation/functional projects- Handle technical, team related escalations from the client and provide resolutions- Troubleshoot test automation/Functional issues and provide resolutions to clients and teams- Define and develop test plans, test proposals, setup test strategies from the scratch- Define and measure project metrics, conduct review meetings with clients, and take the delivery ownership of the clients- Conduct code reviews, setup best practices, mentor/train team on them- Coordinate with the Stakeholders to facilitate the gathering and documenting of test automation objectives and requirements for input into Automation Strategy and Design approach- Coordinates and facilitates test automation delivery and POCs- Manage a team of functional testers/leads, automation testers/leads
