Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT / Sr. IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, and onboarding top tech talent. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder, technically astute, and familiar with popular recruiting platforms and mass mailing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly understand technical job descriptions and hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, and evaluate potential IT candidates across various technologies.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess applicants suitability for open roles.
• Review resumes and applications to ensure alignment with role expectations.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates to build a referral network.
• Regularly follow up with candidates to keep them updated and engaged.
• Collaborate with client SPOCs to understand role needs and provide timely updates.
• Keep candidate pipelines active, organized, and up to date in the recruitment system.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Hands-on experience with platforms like JobDiva, Dice, Techfetch, Naukri, Shine, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
• Proficient in mass mailing and job posting techniques.
• Ability to build strong candidate relationships and maintain talent pipelines.
• Strong learning agility, especially for understanding technical terms and requirements.
• Self-motivated and confident, capable of working independently in a remote setup.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools for editing, formatting, and document preparation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience coordinating directly with clients or hiring managers is preferred.
