Job Summary
  • Achieve growth and sales target month on month by successfully managing the sales and distribution team.
  • Design and implement business plan in own territory that expands width and depth of distribution base.
  • Manage recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of SO & TSI
  • Present sales reports and realistic forecasts to the management team periodically.
  • Identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Keep management informed of market shifts, launch of new products and competitors activities.
  • Successful previous experience as an Area Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Qualification :
Graduation must be regular in any stream or MBA / PGDBM with specialization in Sales & Marketing (Preference) , Percentage in 10th & 12th must be 60% in both.
Experience Required :

12 to 15 Years
