Experience: 12 -15 years (REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS).
Qualification: B.E / Diploma (CIVIL)

• Shall have 12-15 years of experience in Residential project.
• Shall be able to .manage all outside and internal resources (architects, designers, construction firms, etc.) to achieve successful completion of the project.
• Shall function as the main point of contact with the owner and on-site representative.
• Shall be able to focus on MIS Reporting, Planning, Quantity Surveying, Billing, Costing, Reconciliation, etc.
• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.
