Responsibilities:

  • Assess trainees' communication skills and provide feedback to help them improve.
  • Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve the effectiveness of the training programs.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest communication trends and technologies, and integrate them into the training programs as appropriate.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the management team.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Professional Communications Trainer or a similar role.
  • Excellent command of English grammar and vocabulary.
  • Familiarity with different communication tools and technologies, such as email, video conferencing, and social media.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, English, or a related field.
