Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations,
provide technical support, and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure. You will play a critical
role in ensuring that systems run smoothly and securely.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and systems.
• Troubleshoot network issues (LAN/WAN, internet connectivity).
• Ensure system security and data backups.
• Maintain and update internal servers and trading terminals (ODIN, NOW, etc.).
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware/software maintenance.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
