Job Summary Sales Prospective :
  • Identifying sales opportunities as a result of market changes.
  • Developing relevant Business proposals and Achieve monthly / Yearly targets.
  • Meeting with key clients and architects and appointing the new dealers
  • Analyzing existing approaches to the development for the business and making changes where appropriate.
  • Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, Competitive activity, new customers, etc.
Team Handling :
  • Handling retail team and overseeing the day to day activity of the business in entire Karnataka Bangalore.
  • Provide necessary training to sales team as and when needed , Participating in exhibitions at National and International levels.
  • Setting targets for new business initiatives across the new business and sales teams.
Customer Prospective :
  • Monitor customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.
  • Acting as a key contact for large customer accounts.
Experience Required :

Minimum 10 Years
