Supervision a) To ensure that all Mechanics, Electricians, Helpers & Supervisor in the Workshop have adequate supervision in their assigned tasks, health and safety procedures, and inductions appropriate to their activities. b) Support and manage engineering and admin team in PEX projects and in achieving defined KPIs. c) To be proactive and encouraging in giving Mechanics, Electricians, Helpers & Supervisor opportunities for personal development and skills acquisition; d) Encourage the participation of Mechanics, Electricians, Helpers & Supervisor in wider learning opportunities arising from STT activities.
