Manager Project Investment And Data Analyst Job in Apm Terminals

PURPOSE Work on & assist MD & CFO in investment proposals, business case development and financial models. Work on key initiatives and projects, drive performance to enable achievement of all business targets. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (IPE Factors: Impact & Innovation) Work on investment proposals and Financial Models for Growth projects Working on & assist in driving projects on strategic planning, annual business plans, business case development and formulating road map and strategy development on crucial areas. Tracking internal performance - Own business performance reports, drive business performance diagnostics and set up a review rhythm with function heads Monitoring external business environment competition, policies, market size, market share and suggesting measures to enhance business competitiveness. Prepare Board Meeting presentations and actively contribute to various presentations on business plans, growth, opportunities, and challenges. Stakeholder Engagement - Persuade/prioritize to build cooperation and consensus with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to MD & CFO of the company and assist him in driving company priorities & strategy. REPORTING AND SCOPE (IPE Factor: Knowledge-Teams & Breadth) Direct reports - None The position reports to the MD & CFO The scope of this position is domestic. WORK/BUSINESS CONTACTS AND AUTHORITY (IPE Factor: Communication) Internal All Departments, Functional Heads and Directors. Regional as well as Global offices. External Business Consultants CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE (IPE Factor: Knowledge) Education: Required minimum MBA with Finance background. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in financial modelling, preparing Investment proposal, Business Analysis & Performance Management and having following attributes: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), interpersonal skills and good attitude Able to maintain high level of confidentiality Ability to handle multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, and work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues Proven analytical and quantitative skills High degree of confidence, intellectual curiosity and a passion to learn and succeed Proven ability to build relationships with, and influence all levels within an organization Demonstrated project management and organizational skills High Judgement & Complexity. Need to be assertive and diligent.
