Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement plan for building a sales pipeline and achieving sales targets based on company revenue and gross margin goals Build strategic, trusted relationships with executive leaders and hiring managers of Fortune 1000 Clients to support new client acquisition
  • Generate new leads by performing 80-90 outbound calls per day; follow-up on warm leads and document all notes in company database
  • Partner with Account Executives to conduct sales presentations
  • Utilize supplier diversity and procurement channels to open new doors and become preferred vendors
  • Gain knowledge and understanding of clients systems and processes to offer and deliver the best services
  • Collaborate with the presales team on customer RFI, RFP and RFQ responses
  • Support contract negotiations

Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of lead generation experience and conducting outbound sales calls within the IT Staffing and Consulting industry
  • Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
