Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for onboarding of candidates, document validation and appointment letter issuance
  • Ensures accurate accounting of leaves and generates a month end leave utilization report
  • Involved in providing payroll related inputs on a monthly basis
  • Generation of all employee letters probation confirmation, revised compensation letters, relieving and experience letters
  • Maintain and periodically update employee records on cloud servers- SharePoint, GreytHR
  • Resolve all HR queries received as per defined SLA
  • Prepare Org Structure, HR dashboards and attrition reports by the month end

Desired Traits

  • Strong Excel Skills, Analyzing Information, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, HCM experience will be useful
  • Should be a team player and collaborate well
