Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Candidate must have 3- 5 years+ of experience in Corporate recruiting role in technology environment.
  • Will be responsible for posting jobs on Naukri, LinkedIn, Apolis website and other social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook. Should be able to build a healthy pipeline of resumes
  • Conduct technical phone screens, interviews and filter candidates for all internal open positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, extend offers
  • Be involved in the recruitment process from start to end and ensure positions are closed in the laid down turnaround time and maintain an offer to joining ratio of >85%
  • Should be well networked and able to plan and design recruiting strategy to fill open positions in the shortest time. Should bring fresh ideas to source and fill positions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s Degree preferred though not mandatory
  • Industry Experience: Should be well networked to be able to specifically source candidates. AR, unity, gaming / AI, Blockchain industry experience is preferred. The candidate must be from Apparel and Footwear industry and have 3D hiring background especially Browzwear , CLO3D and MODO as main areas of expertise
  • Travel Requirements: Nil
