We are actively seeking Trainee (Technical Recruitments) to join our successful team in Noida. The below mentioned requirement might be a perfect fit for you. The Trainee will be extensively trained on complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting methods by using job boards (Dice, Monster, Career Builder etc.) & networking websites (LinkedIn ,indeed etc.)
• Successfully match and qualify candidates based on their strengths vs. client requirements.
• Conduct phone interviews, negotiate salary/hourly wage rates and other conditions of employment, gain acceptance from candidates on authorization to submit resume to clients, extend offer of employment and must maintain records in Applicant Tracking System (Job Diva).

• Candidate must be a quick learner with a positive attitude.
• Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.
• Candidate must be willing to work in permanent night shifts.

Educational Qualifications:

MBA/PGDM (HR as Major or Minor)/ MCA /BCA/ B.Tech/ B.E (IT/CS) is preferred however other candidates with different degrees may also apply.
