Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities

  • Need to have 15-20 years of experience in sales with min. 5 years+ of experience as a Sales/BD Leader in IT Solutions and Services with experience of managing Account /BD Managers and working closely with delivery managers and leaders for seamless execution of orders
  • Will be responsible for business development in different geographies such as US, UK and India
  • Should have managed a team size of minimum 7 or more in a MSP staffing environment or IT services landscape
  • Will be responsible for managing BD Managers on day to day review of sales pipeline to ensure there is potential to move from prospecting stage to closure
  • Partner with the US sales team to strategize on revenue and gross margin growth in each account.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly account reviews and data analysis to determine the revenue and gross margin performance tracking on each account.
  • Acquire deep knowledge and understanding of clients/accounts to offer and deliver the best services with minimal client escalations
  • Collaborate effectively with delivery team members and account managers/US sales personnel to ensure client satisfaction through seamless execution of delivery
