Job Summary
  • Monitoring company accounts and conducting regular review.
  • Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc.
  • Keep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactions.
  • Maintain all the records & files in a proper manner.
  • Record all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every month.
  • Prepare monthly GST Data and file GST.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
  • Accounts payable.
  • Accounts receivable.
  • Tax preparation.
  • Invoice processing.
  • Data Entry.
  • Handles Daily, Monthly and Yearly closings.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Working Knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of Tally 9
  • Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and other accounting terms
  • Basic knowledge of banking and other similar work
  • Strong attention to details and good analytical skills
  • Ability to keep documents and data well organized.
