Should have the ability to Lead HCM Implementations / Enhancements
Should be well versed with HCM Technical and Functional EBS / Cloud
Should hold expertise level with Global HR + at least 2 other HCM Modules
Should be able to articulate and present Solutions / Ideas firmly with a bigger picture in mind
Should have and demonstrate the abilities of thinking out of the box
Should have had very good customer facing exposure
Should be willing to work from Hyderabad GDC
Should demonstrate the passion and abilities to go beyond the line of duty
Should demonstrate the ability to pick new challenges
