- Should have the ability to Lead HCM Implementations / Enhancements
- Should be well versed with HCM Technical and Functional EBS / Cloud
- Should hold expertise level with Global HR + at least 2 other HCM Modules
- Should be able to articulate and present Solutions / Ideas firmly with a bigger picture in mind
- Should have and demonstrate the abilities of thinking out of the box
- Should have had very good customer facing exposure
- Should be willing to work from Hyderabad GDC
- Should demonstrate the passion and abilities to go beyond the line of duty
- Should demonstrate the ability to pick new challenges
