Job Description:

Having worked in Web / Mobile based projects, the job will include conducting scrum meeting with the team, doing project scheduling, client communication, timely delivery, and some technical idea for managing the team of developers/design for various technology including PHP, Python, Angular etc. Should have some idea about PM tools like JIRA.

Possess good communication skills.

Prepare the Project Management Plan for assigned project.

Responsible for overall project requirements.

Developing project plans that identify key issues, approaches and performance metrics.

Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones.

Monitor and control the project progress along with the team on a daily basis and report project status to stakeholders.

Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.

Managing and leading a team of Team Leads, testers and developers.

Help Developers perform work effort estimation in consultation with the designers, testers, users, etc.

Assist client as required in implementation planning and user training.

Ensure the resolution of post-project quality problems, if any.

Identify, plan and meet training requirements of personnel in the group.
