Business Analyst

The candidate should be responsible for overall project analysis from initiation through implementation, including phases such as planning, formatting and analyzing. The responsibilities included considerations like timely delivery, quality control, internal as well as external reporting for multiple projects.

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Liaison between the client and the team for the successful delivery of the project.
• Delegate tasks and associated responsibilities to the appropriate team.
• Daily coordination with Team leads to understand and identify their issues.
• Identify and analyze system requirements and define the project scope.
• Identify the causes of potential project delays and ensure timely corrective action so as to ensure meeting of project deadlines agreed with customers.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure the right distribution of resource
• allocation for ongoing and new projects.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in handling projects in web design and development.
• Develop project plans, keep track of project milestones and deliverables.
• Good in creating progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
• Analyzing client's project requirement and write use cases and user stories
• Expertise in Visual Modeling i.e. work-flow diagrams or wireframe prototypes using various tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

General:

• Experience communicating with International customers.
• Experience in selling web solutions and custom development solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written skills. Should be able to interact with domestic and international customers on phone.
• Excellent Documentation Skills like SOW and Proposal Writing.
• Experience in Negotiating and Closing lead.
• Strong Analytical Skills.
