• Expertise in core IT Recruitments with niche platforms, Microsoft, MEAN/MERN/LAMP Stack, React Native/Flutter/iOS, Open Source technologies.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process & good negotiation skills.
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for roles & responsibility.
