Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Storyboarding and Scripting: Once the video vision and goal are clear, create detailed storyboards and scripts to ensure a clear and precise understanding of the final video outcome.
• Planning and Scripting: Write scripts or outlines for video content. Create storyboards to visualize the flow and structure of the video, ensuring that all elements are in place before filming begins.
• Video Creation and Editing: After script and storyboard approval, oversee the full process of video creation and editing. This includes managing location, attire, tone, background music, props, and the video s flow. Edit raw footage into a polished final product using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and others. Enhance the video with graphics, animations, sound effects, and music.
• Uploading and Optimization: Upload videos to various platforms and optimize them for search by using appropriate titles, descriptions, and tags. Design compelling thumbnails and captions to attract viewers and increase engagement.
• Audience Interaction: Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and feedback. Foster a loyal community around the content to encourage ongoing interaction and viewership.
• Analytics and Performance Tracking: Track video performance using analytics tools to understand viewer behavior and preferences. Adjust content strategies based on data insights to improve future video performance.
• Learning and Development: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in video production and content creation. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance your skills and experiment with new formats and creative ideas.
