Requirements and Skills:

• Edit Footage: Transform raw video content into polished and engaging final products that align with the project s vision and goals.
• Collaborate: Work closely with team members, including content creators, marketers, and designers, to understand and execute the creative direction.
• Post-Production: Enhance videos by adding music, voiceovers, dialogues, graphics, visual effects, and transitions to create a compelling final product.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of final edits to ensure they meet technical standards and creative expectations.
• Project Management: Organize and manage raw media files, maintain version control, and ensure all projects are delivered on time.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Prior experience in a media organization or similar creative environment is highly valued.
• A strong desire and passion to grow your editing skills and take them to the next level.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn new tools, techniques, and trends in video production and editing.
