Linux Embedded Software Engineer Job in Ar Integrating Engineering Solution

Job Introduction

Responsible for selecting, defining and creating the software architecture for LINUX embedded software.

Skillset Required

* Embedded C Programming

* Shell Scripting

* Linux Device Driver Development

* Kernel Programming

* Linux Internals

* Sound Knowledge on operating systems concepts, firmware, device drivers,
system internals, network tools and utilities.

Major Responsibilities.

* Interact with the Customer and analyze requirement.

* Develop the software design and architecture.

* Lead mentor the team towards better programming practices.

* Develop, review, analyze and review test strategies for software product.

* Port the existing software to multiple hardware platforms.

* Make custom builds of the Linux operating system for target platform.

* Lead device driver and firmware development for various peripherals for various hardware platforms.

* Lead the low-level driver development for multiple micro-controllers.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelors in ECE.

* 6+ years' relevant experience regarding the responsibility/ activities (listed above) for embedded systems and Linux development projects.

* Automotive domain experience is a plus.

* Experience in Linux Device Driver Development.

* Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
