Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

O Responsible for business development in engineering r&d services industry - engineering services solution / services, digital solutions and services

mechanical, manufacturing, electronics / embedded, electrical and digital - industry 4.0

space

O Provide a consultative solutions

O Cross sell, new solutions and mapping new logos in the respective domains

O Perform market mapping & analysis, in the geography assigned & chart out a go to market strategy

O Account planning, budgeting and responsible for account / geography p&l

O Responsible for q-o-q / y-o-y growth and strategy to build sustainable business portfolio

O Proactively identify potential sales prospects and business development activities in the geography assigned.

O Crm management

O Follow up on new leads and referrals provided by inside/pre sales.

O Co-ordinate with internal cross functional teams to accomplish the task assigned.

O Presenting new technologies/developments of the company to existing customers or new customers.

O Keeping track on receivables, there by keeping outstanding dues from customers under control

O Give company product/engineering services presentation & demonstration to customers and build value proposition towards wins.

O Quote submission, negotiation and pursue to convert them in to orders

O Customer relationship management.

O Addressing & resolving customers queries

Qualifications and Education Requirements

B.E/ B.Tech / M. Tech / MS (Mech, Electrical or Electronics) with MBA / BBA (Nice to have)

Preferred Skills

Self-starter

Analytical skill, strong presentation skills

Outstanding verbal & written communication skill (English)

Solution selling experience

Engineering services / Solutions - Business development / Sales experience in Automotive/Digital/Industrial & Heavy Machineries Domain

Knowledge in Industrial Automation/IOT/ Manufacturing/ Engineering IT/ Engineering Services will be an added advantage

Must have strong managerial skills and able to efficiently manage a team and liaison with other cross functional teams.

Must have good communication skills as much of the job involves presentation, conferences and other sales pitches

Must be proficient in MS office
