We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Trainee to join our IT Sales & Services team in Nashik. As a fresher, you will receive comprehensive training to develop skills in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management in the IT services domain. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Learn and apply various methods for generating leads through email campaigns, cold calling, social media campaigns, job portals, and advertisements.
  • Client Acquisition: Assist senior team members in acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts, gaining exposure to the sales cycle and client relationship management.
  • Collaboration with Senior Team: Work closely with Business Development Managers, Business Analysts, and Business Unit Heads to create effective proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Strategy Suggestions: Participate in brainstorming sessions with senior team members to suggest new strategies and plans to increase traffic to the company s websites.
  • Learning & Development: Continuously learn new techniques to increase sales and customer engagement, while keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
