About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Sr. Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation testing and will be responsible for designing and executing tests for enterprise-level applications. The role involves working in an Agile environment and leveraging cutting-edge tools and frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Development: Write, debug, and execute automation scripts using tools such as Selenium with Java, JavaScript, C#, TestNG, and WebDriver.
• Test Design & Execution: Plan, design, and execute automated tests across both UI and API layers, ensuring comprehensive coverage of test scenarios.
• API Testing: Develop and automate API testing using frameworks like REST Assured.
• Framework Design: Contribute to the design and enhancement of automation frameworks, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and reusable.
• Test Strategy: Develop and implement test strategies for performance testing and benchmarking, focusing on robustness and efficiency.
• Regression Testing: Maintain and update existing automation scripts to ensure reusability and performance regression testing.
• Issue Resolution: Analyze test results, identify issues, and collaborate with developers and architects to suggest improvements and resolve defects.
• Performance Testing: Conduct performance tests, analyze metrics, and present test results to drive improvements.
• Jenkins & CI/CD: Develop and integrate test automation pipelines in Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Agile Collaboration: Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprints, reviews, and retrospectives, and using tools like Jira for issue tracking and management.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, B.E., or B.Tech.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in automation testing, with hands-on expertise in Selenium, API testing, and automation frameworks.
• Testing Methodologies: Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile testing methodologies and life cycle.
• Framework & Tools: Expertise in automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, Jenkins, REST Assured, WebDriver, and open-source technologies.
• Microservices Testing: Experience in testing and automating microservices is highly desirable.
• TDD/BDD Knowledge: Familiarity with TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) models is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills to ensure test effectiveness and efficiency.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting and reporting test results, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
