Job Summary Job Description as below: Role and Responsibilities: Determining the root cause of a technical issue, select and explain the best solution to the customer s query, Handle incoming tickets / chats / calls / remotes, Maintain customer interaction records, Refer unresolved customer issues/grievances to the specially designated departments with the complete history for further investigation, Basic computer competency needed as mentioned below: Installation of an application, Uninstallation of an application, Managing different browsers, Generating application logs, Familiar with the user interface for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS devices Adhere to the procedures and guidelines at all times, Swift in dealing with changes in methods and policies, Assist with the placement of orders, upgrades, and downgrades, Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellations if any, Recommend improvements in the existing product and services by analyzing the customer contacts, Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in any stream with basic computer know-how, Ability to pay attention to details and handle stress well, Should have an outgoing and positive demeanor while working with the team and dealing with customers, Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, Should be flexible working in the office and in rotational shifts, Customer service experience and familiarity with CRM will be an additional advantage, Note:*Candidates can come walk-in directly to the office along with their updated CV, between MondaytoSaturday from 9:00 a,m to 2 p,m
