Brief Description

We re looking for more growth-minded and collaborative people to help us make investing easier and accessible to every Indian. The Mutual Fund Executive will oversee daily functions to ensure accurate and complete processing of mutual fund orders. Associate will be responsible for daily payable and receivable reconciliations, and will work closely with the Mutual Fund Product Team as well as outsourcing vendors to ensure a seamless investing experience for Arihant clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Mutual Fund operations UCC creation at BSE stars MF.
  • Create bank mandate nach form.
  • Process Mandate.
  • Execute trades at BSE Star.
  • Releasing of new physical a/c in CCM.
  • Giving MF rights in CCM.
  • Solve all queries regarding mandate rejections, fatca rejections, audit queries etc.
  • Solve KYC issues, do fatca.
  • Commission structure.
  • Ensure daily mapping of clients to sub-broker /RM/SM is done accurately.
  • Substitute/Back-Up of MF backoffice software work in concerned person absence.
  • Substitute/Back Up for Operations Manager s work in their absence.
  • DEMAT Bill posting in LD., Physical buying & selling billing in LD.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum Graduates with more than 1 year experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office word, excel and power point applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Optimistic, reliable and flexible demeanor willingness to help out wherever necessary and to be part of a team in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Have great attention to details.
  • Friendly demeanor and outstanding customer service skills
  • Passion for working and learning in a fast-growing company
