Position: AI/ML - Testing
Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Technical skills:

• Experience AI/ML applications
• Experience testing supervised/unsupervised ML algorithms, measuring performance metrics
• Experience with Product Development Life Cycle, Software Engineering
• Engineering Project Management
• Engineering Processes (Waterfall, Agile)

Roles & responsibilities:

AI/ML related requirements

• At least 6 years working as QC for projects involving machine learning
• Good understanding of ML concepts, and AI/ML applications
• Experience testing supervised/unsupervised ML algorithms, measuring performance metrics
• 4+ Experience working with data sets and assessing the data quality

General QC requirements

• Overall 8+ years of QC/Testing experience
• Hands on experience with SQL and ETL tools
• Logic and Reasoning skills
• Responsible for managing the entire SDLC process for software products and/or projects in Agile or Waterfall environment.
• In addition to managing QC team, responsible for working closely with the product management group, the architecture team, the QA team, the production support team, the customer support team and the client engagement team to ensure on-time delivery of superior quality products as per roadmap.
• Responsible for continuously monitoring the overall progress of projects and having a risk assessment and mitigation plan in place for further communication to senior management team from time to time.
• Lead QC team in planning test suites, building automated test scripts using state-of-the-art test tools to ensure continuous quality on a daily basis
• Lead the team in accurately projecting efforts, resource requirements, risks, constraints in project management related activities
