Job Description: We are looking for 5+ years of experienced React Native app developer having hands on experience developing mobile applications using React Native framework.Their primary focus is to create high-quality, robust, and user-friendly mobile applications that meet the needs of the target audience. They possess extensive knowledge of JavaScript, React Native libraries, and mobile development best practices: Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to define and implement features and functionalities for React Native applications. Lead the development process from planning to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, performant, and maintainable code. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in React Native development and integrate them into the development process when appropriate. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and prioritization of development tasks, ensuring on-time delivery of projects. Requirements: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of React, React Native, and their core principles. Familiarity with Redux or other state management libraries. Experience with integrating React Native applications with RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of mobile app development best practices, including performance optimization, offline storage, and caching. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with native mobile development (iOS or Android) is a plus. Knowledge of backend technologies and frameworks (Node.js, Express, etc.) is a plus.
