Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Proactively sourcing and building a network of passive candidates, building up the talent pipeline, and mapping list.
Using your expertise and innovative recruiting techniques to actively and creatively network, evaluate, and ultimately hire top talent.
Leveraging social media, existing employees, and professional networks to increase the pool of potential candidates.
Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
