Job Description

Armia Systems @ Infopark Kochi is looking for an Android developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices.

Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential.

Job Specification

  • Extensive involvement in all aspects of the project development cycle
  • Re-engineer mobile applications
  • Expertise in well documented coding standards
  • Participating in Code Review and walkthroughs
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high quality codes
  • Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java codes
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
  • Good on identifying and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization


Key Responsibilities.

  • Experience working in Android App
  • Strong skills in object oriented programming
  • In-depth knowledge in java programming
  • Competent with Android SDK
  • Expertise in working with APIs
  • Should be familiar with Git.
  • Knowledge in cloud services like Firebase and database like SQLite
  • Proper knowledge in material design
  • Cross-Platform capabilities
  • JVM and memory management
  • Multithreading and synchronization
  • Hybrid App and IOS App development.

Preferred Skill Set

Java. /Kotlin. /Android SDK. /Android Studio /Firebase SDK. /RxJava. /MVP. /MVVM.


Salary : Company Standards
Qualification :
BE/BTech/ BSc /BCA/ MCA/MSc in Computer Science
Experience Required :

2 to 4 Years
