Job Description:
Minimum 5- Years of hands-on ServiceNow experience for large complex environments with ServiceNow IT Operations management (ITOM) specifically with discovery and service mapping
Experience must include end to end implementation discovery and service mapping and CI identification and reconciliation rules (identification reconciliation engine).
o Reviewing discovery logs debugging patterns and probes, troubleshooting logs to resolve errors
Hands-on experience in mapping of cloud and hybrid applications.
Completed service mapping of 30 large and complex applications.
Extensive process knowledge and working experience as lead implementer for ITOM specifically discovery, ServiceNow.
Intermediate knowledge and ability in server management across platforms, including understanding of desired domain structures. User permission levels, group policies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualification:
Healthcare background
Ability to comprehend, modify and create server-side object-oriented script, Unix shell scripting, window shell scripting, Power shell scripting.
